Le Dakarois—Marinated grilled chicken breast, lettuce, onions and tomatoes with sun-dried tomato mayo in tomato bread
La Galette Salad—Mixed greens, smoked turkey, tomatoes, apples, grapes, beets, cucumber, toasted walnuts and blue cheese with shallot balsamic vinaigrette
Thiebou Yapp—Rice with marinated lamb, onion, and mixed vegetables
Guet Ndar Red Snapper—Oven-baked red snapper, marinated with Senegalese spices served with beurre blanc sauce
Farci de Legumes—Pepper, eggplant, and tomato, stuffed with couscous, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and topped with parmesan bread crumbs

Ordered a fish dish, the food was phenomenal, and one dish fed three people. I am not a vegetable person and was initially disappointed when I saw the white rice comes with peas, corn, green beans and cranberry mixed in, however, after I tried it I ended up having 3 servings! The veggies are super fresh and delicious! Am going back there tonight again with friends.

Excellent Merguez sandwich, the filling was spicy and real tasty! But DB Narr was tough, fatty and terrible!

Food is excellent. Employees are fantastic though dining service can sometimes be a little awkward. Definitely a good place to eat.

great food at good prices. the french fries aren't anything to write home about but everything else is top notch. and they have excellent coffee!

The best authentic African chicken curry in New York. Generous portion of delicious savory curry, delicately flavored incredibly tender chicken pieces - could have fed three people easily. Delivered fast, with very fresh salad. As good as my dad used to make. Would recommend 110% and will definitely use again. J

When I wanted to order French food takeout and something simple I couldn’t think of a restaurant. I stumbled across this one and was pleasantly surprised. The Croque Monsieur melted in my mouth and each sandwich comes with “Provencal style” fries that were lightly salted and seasoned with herbs. The food here is absolutely delicious and an excellent addition to the neighborhood, which before was lacking in simple French takeout.
